The University lets holiday apartments and houses at its Student Village between early July and the end of August. These are located in a private estate in a woodland setting just off the Swansea to Gower Road. Each unit is self-contained and consists of a number of single study-bedrooms with shared bathroom(s) and kitchen-diner. (Certain sized apartments include one twin bedroom, and there is one unit sleeping 7 which includes a room with an en-suite bathroom.)
Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided, as are duvets and pillows. Bed linen may be hired on request. This accommodation provides an excellent base for families and groups who wish to explore the area.
The accommodation ranges from apartments for 4 up to houses for 11. Summer 2002 prices start from £225 per week for a 4-bedded apartment, which includes electricity, heating and hot water. Short breaks - weekend or midweek - are also available from £135. You are assured of a warm Welsh welcome.
Alternatively you may choose to stay on the main campus overlooking Swansea Bay and the surrounding parkland.
Bed and breakfast in an ensuite room is £24.90 per person per night in a single room and £20.00 per person per night in a twin or double room.
