Claubey is the last cottage and has a lovely conservatory to the side, opening onto a patio area with inbuilt BBQ, garden table and chairs, with wonderful views over themagnificent sweep of Swansea Bay. Mumbles Hill with its extensive walks and dramatic views over the Bristol Channel is easily accessible from the cottage. Coastal and cliff paths, fishing, water sports, restaurants, childrens play areas are all nearby. The cottage is well furnished and decorated with full gas central heating. The lounge features its original old oak beams and restored stone wall; coal effect gas fire, colour T.V. Well equipped modern kitchen with gas hobs, electric fan oven, microwave and fridge. The conservatory has wicker furniture, coffee tables and radio. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Upstairs there is one double and one twin bedroom, all with duvets.
