On the 5th September 2004, most of the best British triathletes take part to this triathlon, just after the Athens Olympics.

Two races take place around Swansea. One for the Elites with the Olympic distance: 1500m swim, 40km bike ride, 10km run; and the second one for the public with the open races: 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run.

Don't forget to support these triathletes during the day if you don't fancy to take it part!!!
